Chadwick Nott are delighted to be assisting a respected regional law firm in their search for a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their established conveyancing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 3 years\\\’ PQE to manage a varied caseload and grow their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling a broad caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Managing files independently with minimal supervision
- Providing clear, professional advice to clients and maintaining excellent client care
- Building strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years\\\’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy caseload
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
