Experienced Residential Property Paralegal

Location: Ideally hybrid (Stoke or Manchester offices available) OR fully remote options available

A leading regional law firm is expanding its residential conveyancing team and is looking for experienced Paralegals to join their busy, high-performing department. The role:

You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build matters
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions

You’ll work closely with experienced conveyancers and solicitors, contributing to a well-established team with a strong reputation for quality and client care.

About you:

  • At least 12-18 months of residential property paralegal experience (essential)
  • Confident managing your own files or supporting fee earners, depending on experience level
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to work well as part of a team
  • Keen to develop your career within a supportive environment
