b Overview /b p In this role you guide a varied residential property caseload, from freehold and leasehold transactions to remortgages and buy-to-let matters. You will collaborate with clients, lenders, and professionals, ensuring accurate title work, compliance, and timely reporting. You will help shape outcomes for clients across a range of property matters while upholding regulatory standards and AML controls. This is a compelling opportunity to advance in a well-regarded firm that values client service and technical excellence. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25-30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays /li li Birthday day off /li li Private healthcare /li li Pension scheme /li li Life assurance /li li Eye tests flu jabs /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters (freehold/leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, transfers, buy-to-let) /li li Handle remortgage, equity release, and auction transactions /li li Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and title reports /li li Conduct property searches, title checks, and prepare client reports /li li Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals /li li Oversee registrations, SDLT submissions, and file closure /li li Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and AML procedures /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (with practice rights) or Licensed Conveyancer /li li Strong drafting and technical skills /li li Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li li Ability to manage matters independently /li li High attention to detail and accuracy /li li Motivated, organized, proactive /li li Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems /li li Experience in a law firm supporting fee earners /li /ul ul li Excellent communication /li li Interpersonal abilities /li li Proactive mindset /li li Drafting and contract review /li li Title checks and reports on title /li li Property searches and SDLT submissions /li /ul
