Residential Property – Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire

A leading regional multi-services law firm with offices in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire seeks a residential conveyancer to join them.

You will work as part of a team and be responsible for the following:

• Dealing with property sales, purchases, leases, shared ownership and probate sales
• Providing advice in writing, over the phone and during meetings
• Supporting in the development of other team members
• Support in marketing initiatives including participation in the delivery of webinars and podcasts

You will also develop your client portfolio by utilising marketing skills, social media and networking opportunities, including internal cross referrals.

You will be able to work both autonomously and within a team with a \’can-do\’ attitude and have excellent file management and good time management skills.
