This multi-office leading Midlands firm has a new opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join their busy department. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be responsible for your own caseload including:

  • Freehold sales and purchases
  • Leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build property purchases
  • Part exchanges
  • Probate conveyancing
  • Re-mortgaged
  • Shared ownership / shared equity sales and purchase
  • Transfers of equity
  • Voluntary First Registrations
