Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working with a specialist, award-winning firm in Gloucestershire. They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage your own caseload from initial instruction to post completion.
- Handle a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full residential property caseload with minimal supervision.
