We are working with this specialist niche firm in Gloucestershire who have instructed Chadwick Nott to handle this new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy team.

My client is an award-winning firm specialising in Equity Release and their national service provides independent, expert legal advice for clients looking to release equity from their homes. They are seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing work.

Strong technical expertise in sales, purchases, remortgage matters, leasehold and lease extensions, SDLT requirements, and unregistered properties is essential. Experience of equity release is an advantage but is not essential.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills together with exceptional client care skills. There is a competitive salary based on experience, with an attractive benefits package. In newly refurbished offices together with onsite free parking, my client is in a great location for commuters.
