We are working with this regional firm in their recruitment for a residential conveyancing solicitor. This residential conveyancing team have experienced some impressive growth with new and existing clients. They are looking to add another residential conveyancing solicitor due to this success.
You will be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive/licenced conveyancer) who has experience in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will be working on a busy caseload from inception to completion. Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, along with registered and unregistered land.
If you are an NQ solicitor up to senior associate - please apply. It’s important that you are able to demonstrate experience of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
