Our client, a leading regional L500 firm, is seeking a talented 3-8 year PQE Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join its expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Surrey. This is a key role managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, while also supporting colleagues and contributing to the Firm's business development and networking activities.
Our client seeks an experienced conveyancer with strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential property work, excellent communication skills, and the initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively. A proactive approach to client service and practice growth is essential.
