A new fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a successful law firm in Burnham-on-Sea. The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
In addition to fee-earning, you will act as a technical reference point to more junior team members. Perhaps you are looking to relocate for a better work-life balance or simply seeking a new challenge? Either way, my client would be keen to speak with you.
