Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Teignmouth

A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer seeking their next career move at a multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Devon market.

The Residential Property department is extremely busy owing to their very strong relationships with local agents and returning clients, so the team are looking for a driven and ambitious qualified conveyancer to join them in their Teignmouth office.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
