You’ll manage a varied portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring expert client support while maintaining the highest professional standards. While commercial conveyancing experience is beneficial, it’s not essential.
Key responsibilities include:- Handling a diverse range of residential property transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Offering clear, practical legal advice to clients and colleagues within the team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years' PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
- Experienced in residential conveyancing and confident in handling transactions independently.
- Ideally familiar with commercial conveyancing, though this is not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
