Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling a diverse range of residential property transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Offering clear, practical legal advice to clients and colleagues within the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years' PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
  • Experienced in residential conveyancing and confident in handling transactions independently.
  • Ideally familiar with commercial conveyancing, though this is not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
