- CardiffA new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a very well established and highly regarded multi office practice in their Cardiff office.The busy team are seeking an additional residential property lawyer to join them to handle a busy caseload on a full range of residential property matters to include, sales and purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.To be considered you will be either a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer able to demonstrate previous experience of independently managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.For more information on this role please contact Hannah Somers in complete confidence on / or email
