Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
North Devon
A well-established law firm in North Devon are looking for a residential property solicitor to join its expanding team.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous conveyancing experience and the ability to handle a busy caseload whilst delivering a high-quality service.
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with ideally 2 years experience in residential property. Strong technical expertise and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
