Residential Conveyancer – Wiltshire
We’re looking for a confident, approachable conveyancer to join a growing residential property team. Whether you prefer office life or remote working, our client are flexible but remote applicants must have proven experience of working independently from home in a legal setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years\’ hands‑on experience in residential conveyancing
- Qualified FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer preferred, but strong unqualified candidates welcome
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask and adapt quickly
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- Solid billing history and a drive to help grow the department
- Enthusiasm for team collaboration and possibly mentoring junior staff
The role
You’ll manage your own caseload with support from our onboarding and post‑completion teams.
Location & Flexibility
Work from any of the firm\’s four offices or fully remotely.
