Residential Conveyancer – Salisbury – 2 years PQE plus. Location: Salisbury Office (hybrid / Flexible). Type of Role: Full-time. Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 plus bonus.
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is eager to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
This is a client-facing and autonomous position, offering the opportunity to manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters. Responsibilities include:
- Handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Managing New Build transactions, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership
- Conducting ID checks, verifying source of funds, and managing gifted deposits
- Issuing contracts and managing mortgage redemptions
- Ordering and reporting on searches, titles, leases, and management packs
- Exchanging contracts and progressing matters to completion
- Collaborating with other conveyancers to support departmental growth
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced Residential Conveyancer with:
- Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development
- Familiarity with case management systems and online platforms (e.g. SDLT, Land Registry)
- Commitment to client care and professional standards
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Working Arrangements
