The Role
This position offers a varied and manageable caseload of residential property matters. You\’ll be trusted to run files independently, with support available when needed. Responsibilities include:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients with a personal and proactive approach
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
- Contributing to the firm\’s continued growth and reputation
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for a qualified conveyancer who brings:
- 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
