A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate conveyancing professional to join a busy and growing residential property team in Bath. This role is ideal for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced CILEX/CLC looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, modern and client focused environment. The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Registered and unregistered property transactions
- Right to Buy
- Shared Ownership
- Transfer of Equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring excellent communication and client care throughout each transaction

Candidate Requirements
- Essential Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC with residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
