Job Title: Regulatory/Litigation Associate- Tech Sector- US Law Firm
Salary: £180,000-£250,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm: Our client is an impressive US law firm with a long established City office.
Role:
Providing regulatory and litigation advice to the technology sector to include:
- Tech based investigations
- Tech based litigation
- Platform regulation
- Content moderation
- UK online safety act
- EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act
- Ofcom and European Commission enforcement
- Global online safety and AI regulations

Successful candidate:
- 2-5 PQE qualified lawyer
- Must have experience of the EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act and UK Online Safety Act ( they will not consider candidates without this expertise)
- Must have tech focused regulatory and litigation experience gained in London within another US or leading law firm
- Strong academics
