They are looking for a diligent and motivated Associate to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities
- Supporting senior team members in handling a range of commercial property transactions
- Conducting legal research and drafting documents related to real estate matters
- Liaising with clients and building strong professional relationships
- Assisting with due diligence and the negotiation of property contracts
- Contributing to the overall success of the real estate department
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' post-qualification experience
