This leading UK firm is seeking an Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. They are looking for a diligent and motivated Associate to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate law to develop their skills within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior team members in handling a range of commercial property transactions
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documents related to real estate matters
  • Liaising with clients and building strong professional relationships
  • Assisting with due diligence and the negotiation of property contracts
  • Contributing to the overall success of the real estate department

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' post-qualification experience

Day-to-Day
