Overview

Real Estate Solicitor – Bristol / hybrid

Excellent opportunity to join a top 50 UK law firm in their central Bristol offices. The Bristol real estate team handles a busy, varied property workload for household name clients, including development projects, acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, landlord and tenant issues, and general estate and portfolio management for public sector entities, institutional investors and national retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business by developing the firm’s reputation and brand.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth and profitability from new and existing clients.
  • Take a proactive role in developing the local market share, running transactions in their entirety from outset, and supervising/mentoring others to deliver those transactions.
  • Engage in business development activities, influence team strategy, and help others develop in this area.

Qualifications

  • At least three years’ post-qualification experience from a large regional or city firm.
