Overview

Job title: Real Estate Solicitor; Location: Tunbridge Wells; Salary: £65k-£80k – depending on experience; PQE Level: 5+; Contract Type: Permanent; Working Hours: Full-time.

My client is a well-established and prominent regional firm, renowned for their City-level expertise across various practice areas. Their Real Estate team, recognized by legal guides as one of the leading property teams in the region, is looking to make a key addition to their dynamic team. You can expect to handle a range of general commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, sales and purchases, and secured lending, among other tasks.
