A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its top Commercial Property team in Oxford. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified solicitor (7+ years PQE) with a strong background in the area.
The role requires an ambitious legal professional who can drive departmental growth while maintaining excellent client service. You will manage complex matters with autonomy, build relationships with key clients and referrers, and actively contribute to business development.
Key responsibilities include delivering for developing network of clients, overseeing junior team members, and supporting the department\’s strategic business plan. Strong market knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to win new business through proactive business development are essential.
