Real Estate Partner/Senior Associate
Experience: 8-10 years\’ PQE+
Location: Somerset (Hybrid)

Our client is an established award-winning law firm within the Southwest, recognised as a leader within this region who now have an opening for an ambitious and forward-thinking Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate to bolster their thriving Real Estate team in Taunton.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Advising on commercial lettings, property development, and rural property transactions
  • Leading client relationships with a solutions-first approach
  • Collaborating across teams including Dispute Resolution, Property Litigation, Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection to deliver joined-up legal services
  • Playing a key role in business development and expanding the firm\’s presence in the region
  • Supporting the development of junior colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team culture

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with 8-10+ years\’ PQE
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: commercial lettings, property development, rural property
  • An exceptional communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to shape a growing office and build a long-term career
