What You\’ll Be Doing

Advising on commercial lettings, property development, and rural property transactions

Leading client relationships with a solutions-first approach

Collaborating across teams including Dispute Resolution, Property Litigation, Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection to deliver joined-up legal services

Playing a key role in business development and expanding the firm\’s presence in the region

Supporting the development of junior colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team culture

Candidate Requirements:

A Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with 8-10+ years\’ PQE

Expertise in one or more of the following: commercial lettings, property development, rural property

An exceptional communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ambition to shape a growing office and build a long-term career
