Salary: £90k-£120k (depending on experience)

PQE Level: 10+ • Permanent • Full-time

We are a top-tier national law firm with an award-winning Real Estate division known for advising three of the UK’s top five housebuilders. We offer high-quality work across land acquisition, planning, development, and plot sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex development work and shape the future growth and success of the department.
• Drive business development, build strong client relationships, and grow the panelled PLC housebuilder portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior property lawyer with a proven billing track record.
• Strong business development skills, market reputation, and experience advising a PLC housebuilder.
• Excellent client following or portfolio of a panelled PLC housebuilder.
