Overview

Job title: Real Estate (Housebuilding) Solicitor. Location: Southampton. Salary: £70k-£85k – depending on experience. PQE Level: 5+. Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Full-time.

We are working with a highly respected and well-established law firm with offices across the South, Southwest, Southeast and a strong presence in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join their expanding team in Hampshire and play a key role in their continued growth.

The firm is recognised for delivering market-leading real estate services, with a particular focus on house builders and development projects. The department is recognised in particular for property developments and currently acts for 3 of the UK\\\’s 5 largest housebuilders. Therefore, prior experience in this specialist area is essential, but the role also offers the chance to handle a broad range of commercial property matters, making it ideal for someone seeking both depth and variety.

Qualifications and requirements

• Prior experience in house-building and development real estate is essential.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters, with depth in real estate and development work.
• PQE Level: 5+ (or equivalent) and qualified solicitor.
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
