Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on development projects
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide advice to clients on property development issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and legal solutions
- Stay updated on industry developments and relevant legislation to ensure the provision of accurate and timely advice
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 3 PQE)
- Solid understanding of commercial property law, with a focus on development matters
- Experience or a genuine interest in property development within the South West region
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while demonstrating initiative and autonomy
