This is a strategically important role within a highly regarded and well-structured practice, offering access to a broad and high-quality pipeline of work. You will advise on a wide range of development transactions, including drafting option agreements, conditional contracts and other key documents, undertaking due diligence, and leading on acquisitions and disposals of development land. The role also encompasses involvement in planning and construction matters, secured acquisition and development finance, and the coordination of plot sales. A strong emphasis is placed on identifying risk and delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a sophisticated client base.
