We are seeking an experienced and client-focused 5+ PQE Residential Property Lawyer to join our client's thriving Thames Valley team in Reading.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Voluntary first registrations
- Lease extensions and associated title work
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
- Supervise and support junior team members
- Deliver high-quality, tailored legal advice with a strong focus on client service
- Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing
- Engage in business development and cross-referral opportunities across the firm
Working closely with colleagues, you will help maintain the team's reputation for excellence and responsiveness. The firm offers supportive flexible working arrangements, with the preference of individuals attending the office three days a week.
