Our client, a long-standing L500 law firm with offices across the Thames Valley, is looking for an experienced individual to join its thriving Contentious Probate team.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of a varied caseload alongside two experienced partners, guiding estates and inheritance disputes from start to finish.
- Lead initial client calls, gather case details, and provide clear, pragmatic advice.
- Uphold rigorous quality and compliance standards, delivering an exceptional level of client care.
- Promote the full suite of services, identifying opportunities to support clients across practice areas.
- Mentor and supervise trainee solicitors, sharing your expertise to foster their development.
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives, helping the team grow and strengthen its market reputation.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years experience in contentious probate work and thrive on client engagement, combining outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proactive initiative.
