A modern and fast-growing law firm is seeking a Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team in Worcester. The Role

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • New build transactions and complex residential matters
  • Supervising and supporting junior members of staff
  • Delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Confidence in managing a full caseload independently
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
