Property Paralegal – ExeterExcellent opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join an award-winning law firm.Our client is a well-established law firm with offices spread throughout the South West. They are currently looking for a Property Paralegal to join their team in Exeter, Devon.The role will involve supporting their busy Social Housing Property team. Your role will include a broad range of matters including individual acquisitions and sales, plot sales, shared ownership transactions, including staircasing's, assignments and lease extensions, dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions and general property transactions.To be considered, you must be an experienced Property Paralegal with general property experience and knowledge of the conveyancing process ideally running your own caseload.On offer is a competitive salary (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
