The Role
- You'll join a well-established Property Litigation team handling a broad and interesting mix of work, including:
- Advising on commercial and residential property disputes
- Acting for landlords, tenants, property managers, and investors
- Managing matters such as breaches of covenant, dilapidations, and possession proceedings
- Supporting on more complex disputes while developing your own caseload
- Working closely with other specialist teams to deliver joined-up, commercially focused advice
- Exploring and utilising ADR where appropriate to achieve efficient outcomes
Candidate Requirements
- We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Around 3 years' PQE in Property Litigation
- Experience across commercial and/or residential property disputes
- Strong technical grounding and a practical, solution-focused mindset
- Confident drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle a busy, varied caseload
- A collaborative approach and strong client communication skills
- A proactive attitude with an interest in building client relationships
