Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Property Litigation – Bournemouth

An exciting opportunity has opened at a Legal 500 ranked firm for a driven Property Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with around 2-6 years PQE to join their highly regarded team in Bournemouth. You\’ll gain exposure to complex, high-value disputes, develop specialist expertise, and enjoy genuine scope for career progression in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is your chance to carve out your niche in a growing practice, with the autonomy to run your own caseload while working alongside experienced litigators on headline matters.

The successful candidate will handle their own varied caseload of contentious property matters advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, trespass, lease renewals, breaches, rent/service charge recovery, and property insolvency.

What We\’re Looking For

  • 2-6 years PQE in property litigation.
  • Solid understanding and technical expertise in property law and litigation processes.
  • Strong drafting and case management skills.
