The successful candidate will handle their own varied caseload of contentious property matters advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, trespass, lease renewals, breaches, rent/service charge recovery, and property insolvency.
What We\’re Looking For
- 2-6 years PQE in property litigation.
- Solid understanding and technical expertise in property law and litigation processes.
