Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected South West law firm seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or Practitioner with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential property. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established Property team in East Devon, handling quality work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
- Willingness to attend client meetings and external events
