Job title: Property Disputes SolicitorLocation: OxfordSalary: £65k – £75k – depending on experiencePQE Level: 4+Contract Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full-timeOur client is a highly regarded UK top 100 law firm who are seeking an experienced lawyer for their established property disputes team. The practice assists a variety of notable clients with residential and commercial portfolios and provide incoming lawyers with a market-leading internal development structure, excellent caseloads and a driven but supportive team.As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:Managing a caseload of files, including work such as boundary disputes, rights over land ownership, covenants, joint ownership issues and more.Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.Collaborating with senior members of the team on complex work.Developing your own profile and the teams through seminars, networking events, industry talks and more.To be considered for this role you will:Have at least 4 years' experience within property litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have an interest in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims, or property related professional negligence.
