Our client is a highly regarded UK top 100 law firm who are seeking an experienced lawyer for their established property disputes team. The practice assists a variety of notable clients with residential and commercial portfolios and provide incoming lawyers with a market-leading internal development structure, excellent caseloads and a driven but supportive team.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Managing a caseload of files, including work such as boundary disputes, rights over land ownership, covenants, joint ownership issues and more.

Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.

Collaborating with senior members of the team on complex work.

Developing your own profile and the teams through seminars, networking events, industry talks and more.

Have at least 4 years’ experience within property litigation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Have an interest in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims, or property related professional negligence. This is desirable but not essential.

Have a willingness to engage in business development and marketing initiatives.
