Chadwick Nott are instructed on a fantastic new opening to join a Top 100 UK Law firm as a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer. Maybe you are looking to step away from fee earning, or perhaps already in a similar role and seeking a better work-life balance. Either way, my client are keen to speak with you.
This opportunity offers an excellent platform for someone with technical excellence in real estate, who\’s ready to make an impact and redefine what legal knowledge support looks like in a top-tier real estate team
The Role:
- Curate and maintain commercial property precedents and practice notes
- Lead training sessions and workshops across the real estate group
- Deliver insights on legislative and case law updates
- Enhance internal systems through AI-powered tools and workflow automation
- Collaborate with fee earners, marketing, bids, and compliance teams
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ PQE with recent fee earning experience in commercial property
- Deep knowledge and techical expertise in landlord/tenant, asset management, development, and investment matters
- Experience with legal tech, automation, or AI tools
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- A team player able to mentor and lead knowledge initiatives
