This Wealth Management Team is renowned for its dedication to advising and supporting families and now have an opening for an experienced Probate lawyer to join them in their office in Teignmouth.

You can expect to be responsible for administering both testate and intestate estates, handling a variety of taxable and non-taxable estates. Your role will involve managing the entire estate administration process independently and efficiently.

While your primary focus will not be on preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, you will handle these tasks as needed. You will report to the partner leading the Estates Team and collaborate with partners in the broader Wealth Management Team. Additionally, you will supervise junior members of the Estates Team and manage a diverse caseload, delegating tasks effectively.

The ideal candidates will be technically proficient with around 4+ years PQE in estate administration ideally with or working towards a STEP Diploma qualification or equivalent. In addition, you will be a team player with strong communication skills.
