The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including the following services for clients in the private client field:
- Probate and estate administration
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts and care of the elderly
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
- Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters
- Ensuring high standards of service and client care
- Joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx
- Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration
- Preferably some experience in trust work
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently
Working Arrangements
This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
