A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join its growing team in Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload and play a key role in a busy, well regarded department handling a broad range of private client matters.
The Role
- You'll manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client work, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and related advisory work
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Tax considerations relating to estates and lifetime planning
- You will also:
- Take over an existing caseload with full secretarial support
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and local referrers
- Engage with the local community and support the firm's profile
- Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team's growth
- Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and professionalism

- 5+ years' PQE in private client work
