An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to work for a leading Sussex law firm. The firm has a strong client base with a substantial amount of work coming in from both repeat clients and client referrals.
As a solicitor, you will be working on a full varied case load including:
- Drafting and advising on wills and estate planning
- Declarations of trusts and trust administration
- Drafting and advising on LPAs and capacity issues
- Probate and estate administration including high net worth estates and individuals
You will also be assisting with driving the growth of the private client department and be proactive in business development. For individuals seeking a collaborative team with increased responsibility on quality matters; this role should be explored.
