The Role
- You will manage your own varied and high quality caseload, including:
- Estate and tax planning
- Trust creation, management and administration
- Advising clients, trustees and beneficiaries
- Preparing wills and assisting with probate matters
- Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
- Providing clear, technical and client focused advice
The position involves significant client contact, and while largely office based, some home working can be accommodated.
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to an experienced Private Client specialist with:
- At least 3 years' experience in Private Client work
- A strong background in Trust matters and complex estate planning
- Technical knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax
- Familiarity with Agricultural and Business Property Reliefs
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing a busy caseload independently
- A genuine enthusiasm for Private Client work
- An interest in business development and growing a client base within Gloucestershire
