Top national firm seeks a Solicitor / Associate to join their busy Private Client department in Birmingham. You will work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining existing relations with the firm's clients and assisting in developing new relationships with third party referrers.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include dealing with the following:

  • Wills and probate
  • Powers of attorney
  • Estate administration
  • Trusts
  • Court of protection and deputyship
  • Tax planning

You will work with high net worth individuals, acting for a range of clients including family business owners, landed estates, newly acquired wealth, private individuals with inherited wealth, and Trustees of substantial trusts. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain a broad spectrum of private client experience, working in a very well-regarded team.
