You will advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of complex private client matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts, tax, and succession planning. Your workload will include advising on lifetime and succession planning, drafting trust structures and deeds of variation, acting as a professional Trustee, providing strategic advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, and working closely with financial advisers and tax specialists to deliver bespoke solutions. Alongside managing key client relationships, you will play an important role in the continued growth of the team through mentoring junior lawyers and supporting business development initiatives.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 10 years' PQE and extensive experience in private client work, particularly trusts, tax, and estate planning. STEP qualification is preferred.
