Leading Shropshire firm has an exciting opportunity for a private client solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established private client team. You will manage a varied caseload encompassing:
- Wills
- Probate
- Estate Management
- Administration of Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
Ideally you will be STEP qualified or have a desire to work towards this qualification as part of your development. You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to autonomously see matters through from initial instruction to completion. You will have excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues and be able to demonstrate high standards of client care at all times. You will also supervise and mentor junior members of the team and take an active role in business development and marketing.
