This is an exciting opportunity for a private client solicitor to join this leading L500 rated firm. The firm are looking to expand their department with the recruitment of an additional solicitor. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of high net worth work including:
- Handling complex Tax Planning, Wills and Wealth Protection issues
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Trusts, Trust Corporations and Family Investment Companies
- High Value Probates including foreign element
- Inheritance tax planning
There is a high net worth client base including entrepreneurs and company directors / shareholders. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and business development skills.
