Private Client Solicitor

Fantastic new role for a motivated and driven private client solicitor looking to avoid the commute into Bristol or Taunton. Our client is a rural Somerset based firm with approximately 20 fee earners. You will be joining an existing private client team and will be expected to manage your own caseload of private client matters to include but not limited to:

• Drafting simple and complex Wills
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting Trust documents
• Assisting with the creation and administration of Trusts

This is a great opportunity to join a really friendly and well-established firm in a lovely location. Due to continued growth, our client is open to seeing applicants from NQ up to those seeking a more senior position.
