This is a brilliant opportunity for a Private Client lawyer who enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurial families.
Our client, a top 100 law firm with a strong national reputation, is looking to grow its Private Client team with a Senior Associate who understands the nuances of advising clients with complex personal and business interests. You\’ll be working with people who\’ve built successful companies, managed wealth across generations, and now need a trusted legal partner to help them protect it.
You\’ll be advising on succession planning, tax, trusts, and estate matters often with a commercial twist. The team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and known for its technical strength and client-first approach. You\’ll have the freedom to run your own matters, contribute to the growth of the practice, and mentor junior colleagues along the way.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: You will be advising on succession planning, tax, trusts, and estate matters often with a commercial twist. What you\’ll need
- Solid experience in private client work, ideally 5+ years PQE

- STEP membership or similar credentials (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
- A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
